Description As the Senior Director of Enterprise Digital in India, you will lead our dynamic digital team, encompassing enterprise IT, Security, Risk, PMO, and Data departments. This role involves overseeing the professional growth and development of the India team, ensuring excellence in all delivery aspects, and playing a pivotal role as a member of the global Digital Leadership team. This position will work onsite in the Nodia, India office. (Hybrid schedule)
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership and Development:
- Nurture and develop a high-performing team in India.
- Provide motivational and inspirational leadership, setting clear performance expectations.
- Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports and high-potential staff.
- Create a clear development path, roles, and responsibilities, job family progression by professional role.
- Lead and organize team-building engagement activities.
Strategic Oversight - Report to the VP of Digital Enterprise Technology with a dotted line to the Chief Digital Officer.
- Participate actively as a member of the global Digital Leadership team as well as the India UKG Leadership team.
- Define the optimal organization structure, mission, operating model, and stakeholder engagement model on the processes and flow of work.
- Implement continuous innovation and technology advancements in collaboration with key partners.
- Act as a point of escalation for US/Global teams and facilitate timely remediation of issues; ensure resources, capabilities, and capacity to meet both existing and new business demand.
Project And Operational Management - Oversee the delivery of all digital-specific projects and initiatives from initiation to delivery.
- Collaborate closely with global peers to manage and prioritize project streams.
- Determine resource requirements and timelines in consultation with peers and internal customers.
- Provide budget analysis, resource allocation, and coordination of project activities across functional areas.
- Monitor project reliability and address any internal issues arising from projects or processes.
- Budgetary responsibilities for India Digital Team.
Performance And Relationship Management - Exhibit exceptional leadership presence with superior interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrate a track record of creating and delivering business value.
- Engage key stakeholders and internal customers to ensure expectations are clearly defined and being met.
- Engage with key technology partners and internal stakeholders to drive innovation.
- Ensure efficient operation of the function through effective personnel management.
Qualifications - Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a digital or technology-focused organization.
- Have led teams greater than 10+ in a global corporate environment.
- Strong background in IT, Security, Risk, and Data management (Minimum two areas)
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Prior experience building and onboarding new teams.
- Strong operational process background.
- Strategic business driven, and critical thinking skills.
- Proven experience leading Agile/scrum teams and change management programs.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver results.
- Excellent communication (verbal, written/presenting), and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about technology and innovation.
- Familiarity with HR processes and frameworks.
