Job Overview We are hiring a Software Tester to join our team at NeXjob.in. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. This is a full-time position based in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India. We are looking for a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in software testing.
Qualifications And Skills - 1 to 3 years of experience in software testing
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Familiarity with both manual and automated testing techniques
- Experience in creating and executing test cases and test scenarios
- Ability to identify, isolate, and document software defects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Roles And Responsibilities - Create and execute test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of software products
- Identify and report software defects and issues, and collaborate with developers to resolve them
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate software features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and ensure software meets user requirements
- Participate in agile development processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies
- Track and manage software defects using bug tracking systems
- Document test procedures and maintain testing documentation.
