Hands-on exp in Machinery Maint

Reading of Machine Drawing

Exp in using instruments like MULTIMETER, CONTROL equipment, TOOLS

Spares Mgmt

Data Collection & Breakdown Analysis

Utility Maint

1. Responsible for planning, setting, and reviewing machine parameters at the time of mold changeover or machine startup.
2. Ensure the most efficient production levels.
3. Responsible for Quality Inspection of injection-molded plastic components.
4. Review failures or product defects, identify root causes and implement actions for elimination of trouble and recurrence.
5. Responsible for training and guiding operators in the shift.
6. Should ensure timely maintenance of auxiliary equipment
7. Aid in, assist in and implement production planning strategies
