Implementation of standardized processes across branches, monitoring , control and analytic of branch performance on operations parameters / Monitoring of performance of operations staff on business parameters a. Prepare and manage a central repository for all reports in soft form i. SBVRs by ROMs ii. ATRs provided by ROM to BOMs and update on the same from BOMs iii. Collation of key issues from audit reports across regions & preparation of key areas of concerns and preparing training material with help from ROMs to ensure repeat audit findings are minimized iv. Reports submitted by BOMs to ROMs v. Reports submitted by BHs to RHs for reporting to business head vi. ATM visit reports b. Manage travel /visit plans & report MIS on ROM activities for the month/quarter/ year c. Monitor & control MIS on operations staff - rotation policy adherence / mandatory trainings / trainings attended / staff attrition and re hiring coordination between regional HR heads & Head a Branch operations to ensure timely hiring of replacements d. GS management of BOMs/ TSEs - Monitor & report on progress on operations parameters & business parameters for BOMs / TSEs. e. Run and operate a common folder created for branch operations where information & data will be maintained on branch upkeep / maintenance requirements / BCP up-dation / health & safety / monitoring & reporting on other key items f. Work on building a FAQ manual / operations process manuals with assistance from ROMs/ BCCD/ Head Operations g. Work on building a training manual for BOMs/ TSEs / managing vintage / attrition MIS and build process to get this controlled further h. Work on preparing training tools for : i. Operations staff induction ii. On-going training & development of operations staff iii. Training on operations aspects for CSEs/CBEs/ BHs. vi. Develop special training formats for training of BHS/CSEs for AIB branches in conjunction with Head AIB/ ROMs for AIB branches & Head a Branch operations i. Coordinate with ROMs and with various departments on preparation of defined processes for key activities at the branches j. Assist in review and management of optilive reports / CSAT scores k. Monitoring of reports on a PAN India basis on Gold Packet Verifications / LATD/ODTD l. Follow up on trackers on CASA AOF m. Monitor reporting for FMR / ORCO reporting / maintain MIS on action taken on FMRs & assist Head a Branch operations for follow up and monitoring of FMR actionable a internal as well as external n. Ensure RBI circulars / internal circulars are sent out on a regular basis / reiteration on processes with all branch locations o. Assist Head a Branch operations in MIS related to GS of ROMs and preparation of GS
