Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive HR at Globus Spirits located in Durgapur. The Senior Executive HR will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and HR human resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and HR human resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidential information
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Candidate should have exposure of Manufacturing Units( Factory Profile)

Experience in the spirits industry is a plus.
