Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Engineer to join our dynamic team at Flammer Technologies Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and possess expertise in 3D modeling using Solidworks and rendering techniques.
As a Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our process safety equipment, contributing to the success and growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative process safety equipment solutions.
2. Utilize Solidworks to create detailed 3D models, ensuring accuracy and precision in design specifications.
3. Conduct simulations and analysis to evaluate the performance, structural integrity, and functionality of designed components.
4. Generate technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly processes.
5. Implement design improvements and optimizations based on feedback, testing results, and industry standards.
6. Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of design specifications and manufacturing requirements.
7. Stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in design engineering, actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Design Engineer, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in 3D modeling software, specifically Solidworks, with a strong understanding of design principles and techniques.
4. Experience with rendering tools and software is highly desirable.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough simulations and analysis.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality design solutions within specified timelines.
