Job Summary: The Loyalty Program Manager oversees the development, implementation, and management of the company's loyalty program. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining a robust loyalty strategy aimed at retaining existing customers, driving repeat purchases, and increasing overall customer satisfaction. The Loyalty Program Head works closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive loyalty program strategy aligned with the company's business goals and customer retention objectives. Design and implement innovative and engaging loyalty program initiatives, including points-based systems, tiered rewards structures, special promotions, and personalized offers. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and promotional materials to drive enrolment and participation in the loyalty program. Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for program optimization, personalization, and segmentation. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of the loyalty program, including customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and lifetime value. Monitor program performance on an ongoing basis, identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the loyalty program across all customer touchpoints, including online channels, retail locations, and mobile apps. Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of new features, enhancements, and technology solutions to improve the loyalty program experience. Lead loyalty regional team in driving the loyalty program across the country. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in loyalty marketing, and incorporate relevant insights into the loyalty program strategy. Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and third-party providers involved in the loyalty program, including platform providers, data analytics firms, and marketing agencies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience of 8 to 10 years in loyalty program management, customer relationship management (CRM), or related roles, preferably in the building materials, retail, e-commerce, or hospitality industry. Strong understanding of loyalty marketing principles, customer retention strategies, and consumer behavior. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective loyalty programs that drive measurable business results. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to completion on time and within budget. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in loyalty program management platforms, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
