Job description
4-6 years of experience in Recruitment and proven track record of closing Technical positions which include Java, Node.js, .Net, Angular, QA, Freshers, Full Stack Developers, Backend Databases, Flutter etc. Should have experience working with internal and external teams and the ability to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual targets. Ability to work with dynamic and high growth environments and also implement the latest innovative methods and tactics to hire as per organization expectations.
Eligibility:
- Education : Bachelors degree or MBA in HR (preferred)
- Experience : Approximately 4-6 year s experience sourcing/recruiting or equivalent experience working in Technology hiring, etc
- Experience in building and cultivating candidate and client relationships in a global business environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently
- Application Experience : Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, gSuite preferred
- Overal Experience : Experience in technology industry and/or research/sourcing experience in an executive search firm or corporate environment with an emphasis on individualized candidate experience preferred. Experience with Naukri, Boolean search, Linkedin, X-ray search, Google Search, Github
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source and Recruit talent to Byteridge using multiple portals and recruitment channels. Assess a high volume of candidate applications on a daily basis, managing the hiring process for each candidate while providing updates to clients and various stakeholders in the process
- Develop strong relationships with candidates, understanding their background and expertise while assessing their fit for Byteridge
- Keep partners apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to project leads and engineering team, coordinating work cross-functionally
- Based on business demand, you may be asked to switch focus area, which may include changing skillset or current priority openings.
- Meet targets set for weekly and monthly along with a team size of 2-3
- Provide recruitment analytics and data reports
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities screen candidates resumes and job applications; conduct internal rounds of evaluation and coordinate with panel members
- Write job descriptions for technical and non-technical positions
- Meet recruitment targets weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually
- Extend work as per growing demands
Preferred:
- Proven work experience with hiring technical engineers from software services companies
- Experience with Turbohire, ATS recruiter systems, hiring portals and self-maintained database
- Experience in Start-up and has over 10,000 LinkedIn connects
- Can play both individual contributor role and Team Lead roles
- Worked with a capacity of 100-300 employees
- Worked with manpower consultancy firms or target oriented growth start-ups
