Job description
- Definition, measurement and interpretation of key Sales KPIs (target achievement, tender backlog,
pipeline development, etc) as well as data quality KPIs.
- Implementation and continuous improvement of several Sales Analytics tools (SalesBI)
- Ensures proper release management (testing, documentation, etc. ) and support process for users
(training, bug fixing, requirements collections, etc. This can include FAQs, process documents and other
training documentation
- Supports BU, GPG and HBU M&S with Data Analyses related for example to pipeline development in
different segments/countries, pipeline managements to meet budgets/estimates, account
management development
- Supports follow up and Data Analysis on the GPG go to market strategy
- Track performance and productivity of sales community
- Responsible to continuously improve process performance and maintain data quality.
