About Kennametal
Job Summary
- Direct Marketing and Field Sales initiatives in the Region of WIDMA Products (refer Widma.com).
- Business Development for WIDMA products in the region. ( Enquiry Generation to order / Sales )
- Co-ordinate with Product Team at HO for timely submission of quotation. Interface between Customer & Product Team.
- Techno -Commercial discussion with customer and order finalisation.
- Lead and act for customer Satisfaction.
- ( Region covers Pune District Kolhapur District )
Key Job Responsibilities / Education
- To Achieve / Exceed Allotted order Target from the Region for WIDMA products and have YOY Growth
- Maintain customer Satisfaction.
- Supply payment & Advance payment collection within Specified timelines.
- (WIDMA products : refer ' ')
- BE (Mechanical / Mechatronics /Prod. Engg) / DME.
- Overall experience for Degree holder in Metal cutting Machine Tool field & at least last 6 years in Field Sales /Pre - Sales experience.
- Strong ability to understand customer's issues and to tackle problems independently. Comfortable with taking responsibility and to meet with customer expectation.
- Tech-commercial business Acumen.
- Good Presentation skills , Written and Verbal communication skills in Regional language as well as English.
- (Engg. Degree direct degree from Regular Engg. College preferred.)
- (MBA / Diploma in Sales / Diploma Sales or Marketing will be preferred.)
- .(Candidate having MBA from Reputed Institute: 1-year relaxation in Experience while for only DME. - 3 years Additional experience is required)
