Sr. Client Servicing Executive

Job Role and Responsibilities :- should be pleasant and empathetic while they're Managing Enterprise clients.
- Resolve client complaints via phone, email, what Sapp. - Possess great listening skills and patience - Possess excellent telephone etiquette. - Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. - Follow up with client and their complaints; ensuring that customer's requests are attended accordingly and keep records of client interactions - Collect prompt and accurate feedback from client and take ownership of client issues. - Retaining existing clients, delighting them and making them company's brand ambassadors. - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up proactivelyJob tags
