Job Title: Investor Relations / Customer Success

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Investor Relations / Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining and enhancing our relationships with clients and investors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of our business model, the ability to shortlist relevant investors for our clients, and the skills to create personalized communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Client and Investor Engagement

1. Understand the business model of each client/startup.
2. Shortlist potential investors and create personalized messages for each investor.
3. Request client referrals and cross-sell our B2B offerings.
4. Prepare and maintain records of customer success and progress.
5. Schedule and conduct weekly meetings with clients as per US working hours.
6. Gather feedback, suggest improvements, and incorporate feedback into strategies.
7. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within 2 hours of response time, fulfilling custom client requirements.

Data Management and Analytics

1. Proficient in managing Excel sheets and running custom software for data analysis.
2. Monitor email open rates and other relevant analytics to gauge investor engagement.

Communication and Reporting

1. Write effective email sequences for investor relations.
2. Be responsible for the daily progress of campaigns, adhering to SOPs for delivery.
3. Manage client onboarding processes including the initial questionnaire, campaign setup, and business understanding.
4. Collaborate with the operations/delivery team to ensure fast, error-free campaign execution.

Administrative and Operational Support

1. Oversee operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
2. Prepare presentations and reports as required.

Skills:

1. Excellent proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing.
2. Proficiency in email writing, particularly for investor communications.
3. Strong analytical skills, particularly in analyzing email open rates.
4. Advanced knowledge of Excel and presentation tools like Google Slides.
5. Ability to work during US business hours.
6. Proven experience in customer success, investor relations, or a related field.
