Job Title : GPA(General Partner Accounting) Analyst Job Type : Permanent(Full Time) Job Location: Gurgaon(Work From Office) Shifts: 12:00 PM 9:30 PM / 2:00 PM 11:30 PM Exp : 2 - 4 Yrs.
Job Description: Daily and quarterly accounting activities, including closure of books, Preparation of Financial Statements, across various business lines. Assist in various cash accounting functions including preparation of Weekly Cash report, Cash tracking of Capital activities, and Invoice processing. Preparation of various wire requests Work with Treasury for cash settlements and bank accounts opening. Record contribution and Distribution for GP and SBS entities Cash Reconciliation, WSS Records. Tax Estimation and annual compliance including reviewing K-1. Communicate with Fund accountants and Strategic Incentives Group for various break resolutions and other initiatives. Other ad hoc tasks/projects Processing request on Account Reconciliation manager Assist in preparation of Regulatory Reporting (FATCA/CRS, CBCR). Experience in Investran is a value advantage. 2+ years of combined experience in big four accounting firms and/or financial service firms 2+ years of hands-on experience in fund accounting, GP or corporate accounting stream. Strong knowledge in MS office (MS Excel and MS Word) The Profile involves effective communication across Client’s facility globally hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is must. The ability to works as individual contributor, multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines.Job tags
