Position:- Associate Advocate (Female)
Qualification:- LLB
Experience:- 4 to 8 years' experience from reputed Construction Real Estate Company
Location:- Pune
Job Description:
• Must have Real Estate experience.
• Through knowledge of legal documentation such as agreement to sales, sale deed, other deeds, 7/12, Ferfar, Search& Title.
• Able to draft the documents legally in English & Marathi.
• Knowledge Revenue, Maha RERA, Processing of stamp duty & registration payment &challan generation.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
