The HR Employee Services Manager ensures resources and processes are in place to lead the effective deployment of HR processes across employee life cycle, to meet the needs of employees and influence on employee experience within the business frame.

What will your job look like?
- We are looking for someone who can set the team's plans and critical metrics according to the HR services.
- Work to establish and maintain the appropriate infrastructure and capability needed to support ongoing activity while being accountable for setting plans that meet Amdocs values and financial targets and are in accordance with local legislation and regulations.
- Be responsible for providing timely and professional response, proactively sharing information, and keeping various contact channels open.
- Lead the team to excellent functioning and operation at its domain of expertise. You will achieve this by promoting efficient and effective work processes to assure the best experience to the users.
- Face of HR for the location and contribute towards strategic growth of location.
- Ensuring focus on multiple stakeholder management and strong connect with the leadership team.
- Spearheading location-specific case management (Act as an advisor to offer specialized inputs to leaders & managers on high touch points)
- Partner in driving employee engagement programs through proactive and structured interventions
- Liasoning with various HR department & Support and drive initiatives that enhance the employee experience, culture, and performance of the location.
- Serve as an internal consultant to all levels within the organization on HR related issues.
- Advise and execute on HR issues across the whole employee life cycle, and partner with senior leadership in your region.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand and address HR needs aligned with business objectives & ensure trusted partnership with business in the location.
- Liaison with the employee relations team to handle employee relations matters for the location & ensure adherence to the local law & regulations location specific.
All you need is...
- 12+ years of HR Professional experience preferably in general HR
- Managerial and people leadership experience
- Operational & project management experience along with proven experience in a complex global company and matrix organization Previous experience in HR Profession Services, HR Operations, Services Delivery and Employee Care is a must. Exposure to Employment Law, HRC and HRBP roles will be an advantage,

- Experience of working with ambiguity, ability to challenge and debate issues of importance.
- Commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace.
- Strong design and solution mindset, good analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Resilient, stress-resistant customer oriented personally who can communicate at all levels and adapt communication styles as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills, people management expertise, proven manager/ leadership competencies - experience in directly managing a team of 15-20 members.
- Self-Initiator& Go Getter; possesses zeal and enthusiasm to work with the Manager in taking the function to the next level
- High degree of customer centricity, situational fluency, and collaborative attitude
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good academic and professional track-record.
