Job description

Job Summary :Candidate will work closely with key stakeholders across product and commercial focuses to deliver best-in-class analysis that makes e-Commerce insights relevant and actionable for stakeholders across multiple disciplines. The candidate should have a strong understanding of data flows, dashboarding, and automation to enable monitoring of a large set of KPIs in order to surface the right insights at the right time.Responsibilities :1. Lead the discovery, analysis, and presentation of core insights from E-Commerce data sets2. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases, dashboards & visualization 3. Work closely with the e-Commerce product development team and partners to identify gaps in data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements to improve digital experience.4. Maintain appropriate e-Commerce Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) metrics as well as website performance, campaign tracking and visitor engagement dashboard reporting. 5. Administer web analytics tools including variables, report suites, users, and manage vendor relationships.6. Ensure availability, effective utilization, and data analysis of relevant e-Commerce dashboards and business intelligence reports.7. Periodic data validation on data collection variables and collaborate with web analytics vendor and internal development teams to make tagging updates and changes.8. Analyze and interpret feedback from customers through surveys and from different parts of the business to identify gaps and to recommend change and development required in processes, systems, communications, distribution, products, service, etc.9. Develop and execute a process to review and analyze the impact of changes to the sites such as site enhancements, redesigns, content updates, and online testing through web statistics and user dynamics; make strategic recommendations to improve the appearance, effectiveness, and user experience of all aspects of the sites.10. Interact directly with multiple departments and teams including Marketing, Customer Experience, Revenue Management and Finance to identify key analyses that deliver valuable business insight and areas of opportunity for optimizing the web and mobile experience; find, model, and communicate the information to all concerned.11. Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining as neededSkills Required :- Experience in an E-Commerce domain is must- Experience with Python for data automation and reporting- Should have worked on e-Commerce analytics tools such as Google Analytics.- Should have knowledge of SQL and experience querying databases with tools such as SAP Business Objects/Web Intelligence and Google Big Query.- Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (ref:hirist.tech)
