We are now on the lookout for a Senior Multimedia/ eLearning Developer to lead our initiatives to the next level.

As a senior multimedia/eLearning developer you will be working closely with our instructional design, account management and project management teams to develop and deliver highly engaging and interactive eLearning modules. You will also interface with our clients to get a deeper understanding of their requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design engaging eLearning modules which accomplishes business and learning objectives.
• Create innovative and intuitive eLearning solutions.
• Knowledge of Scorm and xAPI
• Quality assurance for the eLearning development process
• Internal client management and general project communication.
• Team management capabilities
• Must be able to work virtually, and independently

Qualifications:

• Excellent skills in Articulate Storyline 360 (8 years+), Rise, Captivate
• At least 8 years of experience developing eLearning training materials using authoring tools
• Good project management expertise
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of video/audio editing tools: SnagIt, Camtasia, Captivate, Audacity
• Graphic design skills are preferred
• Good written and verbal communication skills
