Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

1. Handling Recruitment & Selection and Organizational structure.

2. Policy Making, revision and adherence.

3. Training & Development as per ISO, AS9100 standards & CMMI etc

4. Performance Management - performance appraisal processes; notifies managers and supervisors assuring timeliness of appraisals; receives appraisal results; monitors and maintains employee records related to discipline

5. Employee benefits

• Enrolls employees in benefit programs; processes changes in benefits as requested; administers and keeps benefits packages up-to-date; notifies employees of changes to benefits packages.

• Maintains records of employee insurance benefits; conducts benefits open enrollment meetings; monitors

6. Compensation & benefits formula and implementation

7. Payroll management

8. HR compliance handling, record management- Must have sound knowledge of all HR compliance. –

• Managing Payroll related legal & statutory Compliance (Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF & Minimum wages)

• Statutory remittances to the concerned Authorities as per calendar, 100% compliance

• Vendor engagement & management for payroll and statutory compliances

9. Health & safety knowledge and implementation

10. Grievance handlining- Receives employee complaints and acts to resolve them following established policies; implements appropriate disciplinary and grievance procedures and ensures that those policies or procedures do not alter employment-at-will relationship.

13. Complete employee life cycle management

14. Sound knowledge and implementation of HRMS

15. Annual operating plan (AOP) – Making & analysis

16. Making of Daily/ weekly/ monthly and annual report and sharing with leaders/mang.- . Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Head count, attrition, wage cost etc.)
