Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand current processes and identify opportunities for
automation using RPA, Power Automate or other relevant technology.
u2022 Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed as is process designs and technical
specifications.
u2022 Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis to evaluate the potential benefits automating processess.
u2022 Work with developers to configure, test, and deploy automated processes in accordance with business
requirements and best practices.
u2022 Develop comprehensive documentation including process diagrams, user stories, and test cases.
u2022 Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues throughout
the project lifecycle.
u2022 Perform process assessments and continuous improvement activities to optimize existing solutions.
u2022 Provide training and support to business users on tools and processes.
u2022 Stay updated on automation technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation and
efficiency within the organization.
u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between initiatives and broader business
objectives.
Required Skills.
u2022 Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation
Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
u2022 Understanding of ETL, Jenkins, Kafka, CICD, JIRA, Grafana, Power BI, Power Automate is an added
advantage.
u2022 Knowledge of programming languages e.g., Python, Shell and database concepts is a plus.
u2022 Strong understanding of business processes and experience in process analysis, design, and optimization.
u2022 Proficiency in documenting business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications.
u2022 Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
u2022 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
u2022 Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
u2022 Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
