Job Overview Gamut HR Solutions is looking for a Female Receptionist to join our team in Shamshabad, Hyderabad. This full-time position requires 1 to 3 years of experience. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Qualifications And Skills - Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and telephone systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Roles And Responsibilities - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary

- Manage the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar of events
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
