JuiceVendor Labs (JVL) is a 2 year old software startup based in Delaware, CO USA Our developer hub has been in Trivandrum for the last 8 months of operation. This position is open to candidates willing to attend in-person office and manage a team of developers. Our team specializes in designing proprietary SAAS solutions with fun juice-themed names. At JVL, we pride ourselves on creating scalable web3 solutions and writing all our code from scratch. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Chief Technology Officer. The Deputy CTO will be responsible for overseeing software development, project management, IT strategy, architecture, and product development. The role offerers a Salary + Provident Fund + Benefits + Equity stake in our company as a senior partner. Qualifications Atleast 6 years of experience as SDE Full Stack Software Development Skills with Typescript, Next.JS, Tailwind CSS and GO Programming Language. Knowledge of IT strategy and Architecture Experience in Product Development Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to think critically and solve problems Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Experience with blockchain technology is a plus Candidates should possess the technical expertise required to oversee software development and the leadership skills needed to manage teams of developers. Knowledge of IT strategy and architecture is crucial, as is experience with product development. Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, and experience with blockchain technology.Job tags
