Job description
Position: Project Finance Manager
Industry: Real Estate
Reporting to: CFO
Location: Chembur
Project Finance
Liaise/coordinate with the banks/Financial Institutions/NBFCs or Consultants for procurement of Long Term/Short Term / Working Capital loans
Review data for loan application
Ensure Pre and post sanction documentation for the fund availed
Ensure follow up for the disbursement of loan
Work out strategy for Finance Planning
Ensure satisfaction of charges/mortgages created during Project financing
MIS/Reporting
Periodically generate, review MIS reports and present it to the top management
Co-ordinate all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including
- reports/ MIS to funding agencies, investors and stakeholders
-MIS report to the Management
Other Responsibilities
Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislations
Perform any other organisational duties as may be assigned from time to time
Ensure procurement of required Insurance for all the projects
Must have at-least 5 yrs of relevant Project finance experience in real estate/Construction industry
