Job description

Responsibility :

Conversant with end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding the candidates. Scheduling the candidates for interviews based on the technical panel availability and follow up for the feedback Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment and strong in IT recruitment Follow up with the candidate till they are on boarded. Good command in verbal and written communication skills. Good in Relationship management with clients/vendors. Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills which includes email etiquettes Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified IT candidates. Source potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

Knowledge & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Technical Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively evaluate the technical skills and qualifications of candidates. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. High level of professionalism and ethics. Contract staffing is must Immediate joiners Working from Office Location: Bangalore Only immediate or 15-day NP Experience Range - 6month to 5years Location - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Pune & Mumbai
