Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Functional Support Analyst. The Functional Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical and functional support and troubleshooting issues for our clients. The role will be located in Kolkata metropolitan area but has some flexibility for remote work. Qualifications Strong analytical skills Technical support experience with a focus on troubleshooting Functional support experience. Ticketing system handling experience. Excellent customer support and service skills Beneficial skills and qualifications include: Experience in IT support and service management Experience with CRM systems Bachelor’s degree.
