Job description
HR Operations:
Oversee and manage daytoday HR operations including onboarding
offboarding PayrollProcessing with HRMS software Employee records
HRIS maintenance and compliance.
Collaborate with the HR team to streamline and improve HR processes
and workflows.
Ensure all HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated
implemented and adhered to.
Performance Management:
Support the development and implementation of performance
management processes including goal setting (KRA KPIs) performance
reviews and development plans.
Provide guidance to managers on performancerelated issues and assist in
addressing performance challenges.
Employee Engagement :
Contribute to the design and execution of employee engagement
initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to promote a culture of continuous
improvement and employee development.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employees and managers to address HR
related concerns disputes or inquiries.
Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent
manner.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Analyze HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular HR reports for management identifying key performance
indicators and making datadriven recommendations.
Resource Utilization reports quarterly
Compliance:
Ensure HR practices and policies comply with local state and federal
regulations.
Stay updated on HR compliance requirements and implement necessary
changes.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with the HR team department heads and other stakeholders
to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and managers on HR matters.
Must Have:
5 8 Years of experience
Notice Period: Immediate 15 Days
