The DCA will be part of a team that will be responsible for managing compliance in accordance to client, organizational & regulatory security requirements. The DCA is a direct auditor/assessor type role that under the direction of a more senior Delivery Compliance Officer (DCO), will interface with business delivery team and support function such as IT, HR, Admin, Legal, etc. in execution of job responsibilities. The position reports typically into Delivery Compliance Officer or a Delivery Compliance Partner. Working experience or minimal knowledge in any one of the compliance programs (PCI DSS,HIPPA,ISO 27001,SOC2, SOX,NIST,FISMA, COBIT)Ability to or learn to conduct periodic risk assessments and drive integration of remediation efforts with the risk management processUnder guidance and direction of Delivery Compliance Officer, perform activities to help measure and monitor compliance with company policies and proceduresShould have good understanding of network and OS concepts. Well versed with access lists, operating system hardening standards, IT Infrastructure, DMZ architectures, B2B and B2C connectivity. Knowledge on BCM, Privacy, and Vendor risk management, Legal and Regulatory requirements in relation to Information Security and IT Strong verbal, written communication & analytical skills, 24 7 availabilityShould have systematic and pragmatic approach to problem solvingDemonstrates good inter-personal skills, high standards of professional behavior in dealings with business customers, colleagues and staffHave a good technical awareness and the aptitude to remain up to date with information security and IT developmentsAbility to communicate Risk to non IT business owners and support function such as delivery, HR, Admin, Legal, Contracting and othersCertification such as CISA/CISSP/CISM/ CRISC are good to have and will be expected to be achieved within first year of employment. (1.) Provides guidance on how his area of capability can resolve an organizational need and actively participates in all phases of the solution life cycle. Design Solutions and best practices to meet clients objective. (2.) Work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data (3.) Depending on the work environment, the subject matter expert may lead or be an active participant of a work-group with the need for specialized knowledge. (4.) Meet all agreed-upon turnaround times for deliverables, deliverable reviews, or deliverable sign-off (5.) Understands, articulates and implements best practices related to his area of expertise.
