Job description
Metrics & Analytics
- Responsible for reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent acquisition and regularly analyzing metrics to measure success. Provides reports and insights to leadership on recruitment performance(such as time to fill, quality-of-hire, cost-per-hire, and effectiveness ratios) and trends.
- Works with HR Systems and HR Product team to build and continuously improve the TA product roadmap & and automation opportunities as a process owner on ATS and other recruitment-related systems.
- Partner with TA leads and HR Business partners to develop data models for recruitment. Identify action plans against audits to improve data quality.
Candidate & Onboarding Experience
- Builds solutions in terms of the right process & and systems for measuring and improving Candidate and Onboarding experience at PhonePe.
- Research and benchmark industry best practices and advise TA to be more effective and efficient.
Vendor Management
- Identify and manage relationships with external vendors, such as recruitment agencies, job boards, and technology providers.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure vendors meet established service level agreements.
Qualifications:
- MBA Tier 1/2 college graduate in HR specialization with 1-2 years of industry experience. We are looking for an individual who can dive deep into our current TA processes and build systematic solutions to equip the talent acquisition team and leadership with the right data, reporting, and systems as a TA process owner.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies will be preferred but is not a mandatory requirement.
