Role Description -

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Producer located in New Delhi. The Associate Producer will be responsible for coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal team members, creating and managing schedules, managing budgets, arranging logistics, and assisting with production tasks as needed. The Associate Producer will also manage communication between team members, facilitate production meetings, and coordinate with post-production teams.

• Budgeting for shoots with the Executive Producer
• Vendor management and invoicing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in managing and coordinating production schedules, budgets, and logistics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of film production and post-production processes
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field
