Job Requirements
• Should have experience of working in SAP B1 HANA or higher version.
• Should have in depth knowledge of Finance functions such as Moving Average Costing,
Finalisation of Books of Accounts, Banking, Budgeting and Forecasting, Variance Analysis,
IGAAP and IND AS, Export Accounting, etc.
• Should have experience of handling Finance functions independently and handled a team.
• Should have knowledge of Compliances related to taxation and other statutory payments.
Job Profile
As a Finance Manager he/she shall be responsible for the following roles –
• Complete and effective utilisation of SAP Modules for proper reporting.
• Monitor the day to accounting of the transactions.
• Present monthly profitability to the management.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure that compliances related to the taxation such as periodic return filing, tax
payments, and other compliances with respect to the assessment.
• Coordinate and liaison with the statutory auditors for timely resolution and closure of the
queries.
• Monitor AR and AP balances and coordinate with Sales and Purchase department for
collections and payments and quarterly balance confirmations.
• Ensure that all the financial operations are as per the SOP of the company.
• Prepare Cost Sheet and Variance analysis on monthly basis.
• Liaison with banks for renewal of CC and other banking transactions.
• Effectively manage cash flows and working capital of the company.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior management.
