We are looking for a Branch Manager - IT Distribution (Lucknow), having 10-12 years in Relationship Management with IT Channel Partners & Vendors. Responsibilities: 1. Relationship Management: • Cultivate strong ties with IT Channel Partners and Vendors. • Assess and enhance partner relationships for sustained satisfaction. 2. Branch Operations: • Oversee end-to-end operations for deliveries, collections, and recruitment. • Ensure seamless order execution and maximize partner satisfaction. 3. Communication and Analytical Skills: • Excellent communication skills. • Strong analytical skills to gauge partner relationship health. 4. Goal Orientation: • Proactive and goal-oriented approach. • Set and achieve branch-specific targets. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Masters Degree will be an added advantage. • 10-12 years of proven experience in IT Distribution Relationship Management. • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
