Job Summary:

 

As a Business Development Management specializing in Lead Generation for an IT service company, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on generating high-quality leads, establishing strategic relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the sales and marketing efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Lead Generation:

· Research and identify potential clients, industries, and markets for IT services.

· Utilize various channels such as online platforms, social media, industry events, and networking to generate leads.

· Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach and engagement.

 

2. Market Research:

· Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

· Analyze market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.

· Provide regular reports on market trends and competitor activities to the management team.

 

3. Client Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication and engagement.

· Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific business objectives.

· Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless transition from lead generation to client acquisition.

 

4. Sales Collaboration:

· Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and convert them into opportunities.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are aligned with the capabilities and offerings of the IT services.

 

5. Metrics and Reporting:

· Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and business development.

· Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates, pipeline status, and other relevant metrics.

· Continuously optimize lead generation strategies based on performance data and feedback.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

 

Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 

Experience:

· Proven experience in business development and lead generation, preferably in the IT services industry.

· Familiarity with IT solutions and services.

 

Communication Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

 

Networking Skills:

· Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

· Comfortable attending industry events and engaging with potential clients.
