Manager Procurement
What this job involves: Responsible to execute the Procurement strategy for JLL – South 2 accounts. Ensure proper communications with all site teams/Site procurement Leads. Provide detailed instruction and continuous follow-up to support the operations team in standardized RFQ/bid and contract processes. Supervise and negotiate pricing and terms with Adhoc / Projects vendors where required to provide best possible solution to South 2 accounts. Manage information on cost savings for Adhoc / Project works and provide reports on Cost Savings whenever required. Ensure to Get Saving Plans from all Accounts and ensure same is uploaded on Jagger Tool. Identify opportunities to consolidate supplier base wherever possible to leverage on volume economies. Identify suppliers, capabilities, share of business, products pricing to establish standardization of rates for Adhoc/Project requirements. Provide liaison between vendors, site teams, finance team and management to ensure timely payments to vendors. Demonstrate continuous effort to improve procurement operations, decrease turnaround time and streamline work processes. Manage data integrity and provide adhoc reports whenever required by the management. Ensue and Support All Sout2 accounts to Implement Jagger tool to upload Contracts ,Savings, SIPM, etc. Ensure compliance to JLL standard processes and procedures. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations. Ensure Monthly Reporting are shared with leadership in timely manner. Sound like you To apply you need to have : Education And Experience You should be Graduate, with 6-7 year experience in the Procurement of Goods & Services in the Real Estate Industry. An eye for detail You'll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information – and translate this into strategic deliverables. Great Organisational Skills You'll have great time management and organisational skills and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team's or client's changing requirements.
