The opportunity:
In this role, you will contribute to a highly strategic and exciting Data Solutions team within Core Business Services as a Security and Access Manager.

Your key responsibilities
The role of the Security and Access Manager includes:

• Understanding environmental frameworks, policies, and best practices.  
• Manage and monitor security for resources in Azure, multi-cloud, and hybrid environments as part of an end-to-end infrastructure.
• Leveraging EY Fabric standards.
• Understands and enforces strict Data Governance policies.
• Ensures consistency across numerous environment landscapes. 
• Work with architects, administrators, and developers to plan and implement solutions that meet security and compliance requirements.
• Selecting the best tools and systems to monitor security and access.
• Collating metrics and reporting information to leadership.
• Engagement with Development Operations, Service Transition and project teams to plan and understand environment usage.

Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have advanced Level knowledge in:

• Azure Cloud
• Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Azure DevOps 
• Databricks
• Delta Sharing
• PySpark
• Parquet Files
• DataWarehousing
• Extraction/Transformation/Load (ETL) Architecture and processes
• SQL
• Highly experienced in coordinating disparate team and very articulate in communications.

What we look for:

• Experience: 10 yrs + Leading onshore / offshore teams. 
• Expertise in Azure services, governance, data platforms, disaster recovery, identity management, etc.
• In depth knowledge of Data Lakes/Query Lakes.
