Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Advisor located in Kolkata. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on various insurance policies and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining records of insurance policies, communicating with clients, and assisting with policy renewal and claims processing.

Qualifications

  • Insurance and Finance knowledge and skills
  • Consulting and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and individually
  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, or related field
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Professional certifications such as LOMA, CPCU, or FLMI are desirable
