Position: Manager Compliance (India)

Role & responsibility:
Our client is looking for a Compliance Manager with good experience in the corporate compliances, due diligence & knowledge in dealing with public authorities, preferably from Manufacturing Industry. The incumbent will be the first point of contact for all the compliance related matters within the region & provide strategic & practical compliance advice to the business on all the hierarchy levels.
Key Responsibilities:
·First point of contact for all the compliance related matters within the region.
·Implementation, Strengthening & further advancement of the global Compliance Management System within the region.
·Provide strategic & practical compliance advice to business at all the hierarchy levels.
·Strengthening of Compliance awareness within the organization by preparing and conducting Compliance training, workshops, onsite visits, Q&A sessions & Newsletters.
·Proactive Identification and management of compliance risks.
·Observation of the local legal developments.
·Implementation of due diligences on the third parties & assistance in internal investigations.
