Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in handling recruitment, leave, and attendance management. Candidates from the same industry will be given preference.
HR Coordinator
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana
Experience: 2-3 years
Salary: 3-4 LPA
Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation and training programs.
- Handle leave and attendance management efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- Support HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the management.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes and practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in HR coordination, with a focus on recruitment, leave, and attendance management.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Candidates from the same industry will be preferred.
