Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer at Pronto Networks, Inc, located in Bengaluru. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers who are experiencing issues in using Pronto Network's solutions. The Technical Support Engineer will conduct troubleshooting on all reported issues, and work with the various teams to ensure a timely resolution. The Technical Support Engineer will also be responsible for providing customer support and service.

Due to majority of customers being in North America, the work hours for this position are in USA time zones.

Qualifications Strong Technical Support skills with expertise in Networking Understanding of Cloud based WIFI and Network Management Platforms Prior work supporting any WIFI and Networking products Experience in Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
