Job description

URGENT OPENING FOR TENDER EXECUTIVE

Leading tender team in preparation of technical submissions for pre-tender qualification and tender preparation
Review tender documents and summarize critical information
Prepare all documentation including method statements and other submissions
Compile and prepare tender queries and response to tender queries
Prepare and monitor tender progress
Coordinate with tender team/consultants/various government agencies/authorities to obtain necessary information to facilitate for tender submission
Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes during tender stage
Prepare and carry out tender presentation
Monitor market for upcoming tenders and to obtain information.

Requirements:
Min Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by board
Possesses at least 5 years of project tendering experience in large-scale construction and interior fit outs
Has experience in filling the government and private tenders
Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills
Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills in leading a team
