Job description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management
- Lead & manage technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines & resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor Projects progress, identify & mitigate risks & ensure timely delivery.
2. Technical Team Leadership
- Provide guidance & leadership to technical teams.
- Foster a collaborative & innovative work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges & solutions.
3. Client Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the technical team & clients.
- Understand client needs and expectations & communicate them effectively to the technical team.
4. Requirements Analysis
- Work closely with clients to gather and analyse technical requirements.
- Translate client requirement into actionable tasks for the technical standards.
5. Quality Assurance
- Implement & enforce quality assurance processes to ensure deliverable meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessment to maintain high-quality standards.
6. Resource Management
- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal projects performance.
- Identify & address resource constraints to meet project deadlines.
7. Client Relationship Building
- Build & maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication & problem resolution.
- Gather client feedback & use it to enhance project delivery & overall client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
- proven experience in project management and client coordination.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Technical proficiency in relevant domains.
