Job description

Overview:

We are in search of a highly motivated and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in executing Key Customer Initiatives (KCI) and conducting phase-2 Phone/Video Sessions for all named accounts. This role involves active engagement with Channel Partners and direct collaboration with the Business Development (BD) team for direct accounts. The primary focus will be on implementing effective line-selling strategies, identifying and capitalizing on expanding opportunities, ensuring target consumables consumption, and closely monitoring on-field engagement and activities.

Responsibilities:

· Execute Key Customer Initiatives (KCI) and conduct phase-2 Phone/Video Sessions for named accounts.

· Engage proactively with Channel Partners and collaborate directly with Business Development for accounts managed internally.

· Implement and optimize line-selling strategies to drive results.

· Identify and pursue expansion opportunities in collaboration with Channel Partners.

· Ensure achievement of target consumables consumption.

· Monitor and measure on-field engagement and activities, providing regular updates to the team.

Requirement:

· At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales - Direct or Inside Sales

· Strong Communication Skills - ability to engage with customers patiently over phone and video sessions.

· Proven track record of operating CRM systems, Dashboard tracking and Ticketing Systems Enforcement

· Channel Partner Management & Expansion -Appointment, nurturing, and meeting objectives.

· Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
