Job description
As part of this team, you will be responsible to device strategies for marketing and promotions of digital contents (Brands) to increase penetration at epay channel partner’s interfaces.
In this role, you can expect to work closely with global and local brands, epay sales & finance teams for driving a winning marketing strategy in alignment with business goals, keeping track of competition activities and changing consumer market and trends. This is an individual contributor role.
A) Marketing: - Liaise with global & local brands to drive their last mile marketing campaigns on e-comm platforms
- Collaborate with brands & epay sales team to execute the strategy through online physical and B2B presence
- Work along with e-comm platform partners to drive brand’s marketing budgets and help brand chose effective media
- Analyse the marketing performance across platforms and closely monitor ROI
B) Account Management:
- End-to-end account management of Global and Local Brands (digital content partners)
- Define, evaluate and optimize the plans agreed with brands and translate brand’s objectives into marketing strategy and go-to-market by working closely with channel partner’s / e-comm marketing team for execution
C) Collaboration:
- Collaborating with epay sales team to identify opportunities around marketing and promotions with key channel partners / ecomm platforms
- Support epay sales teams in preparing their sales forecasts based on the monthly and quarterly marketing plans
- Collaborating with epay product team for appropriate listing of new contents (Brands) at channel partner’s interfaces
- Liaise with epay finance team on disbursement of marketing funds to channel Partners
D) Analytical Ability:
- Work with channel partners and stakeholders to drive data first approach towards marketing spends by evaluating effectiveness of media choices offered by them
- Utilizing analytical ability to evaluate impact of marketing campaigns, tracking conversion rates, and making improvements in marketing plan in coordination with epay channel partners
- Analyzing adoption of products/service in the channel & making continuous improvements in marketing plans based on performance, trends & insights
- Contribute to both qualitative and quantitative market research as to validate trends and recommend functionality enhancements
Define both long-term marketing strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the business growth, prepare and present business reviews to the Executive Leadership team of Euronet.
Requirements
• University degree with a Business or marketing orientation
• 8+ years of progressive experience in marketing and promotions
• Knowledge of the global payment solutions ecosystem will be a strong asset
• A track record of running successful marketing programs to promote products and services
• Excellent business planning skills and strong understanding of business case financials
