Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative to be located in West Delhi but with flexibility for some remote work. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about products and services, processing orders, and resolving customer issues promptly. The job will also involve building positive customer relationships, handling customer feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in customer service in a similar or related industry preferred
