Hiring for Dispatch Senior Executive
Experience: Min 7 Years with SAP
BAJAJ vender candidates should be preferred
Education: any graduate
Salary budget: up to 4.50 LPA
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
ü As In charge of monitoring & adherence Plan &performance of 3shifts
ü Preparation & oversee Monthly reconciliation, opening, receipt report - MIS,
ü Responsible for proper functioning like maintaining min-max levels and Norm,cogi
ü Interacting with the Prod Dept for all types of chemicals, consumables, equipment Spare, General & Raw Materials movement & Perform the process of issuing material and receiving
ü Monitoring & adhere to all slow/nonmoving inventory status & action regarding
Movements, value, budget, Quality accordingly,
ü Monitor timely receipt & dispatch with appropriate documentation & QA inspections
ü Ensure & monitor audit plans, compliances, visits & with appropriate action,
ü Coordination with inward & PPC & plant head regarding inward & inventory activities
& identify areas of improvements & participation in the formulation of procurement,
ü Dispatch -shipment planning & activities for semi-finished goods inbounded time and process.
ü Arrange Cost efficiencies & innovative way optimization programs,
ü Set up a communication channel with other dept & people to keep them updated
ü Dispatch -shipment planning & activities for finished goods inbounded time and process.
ü Daily routine work Bill invoicing & delivery challans preparation, verification model, rate,),
ü Monthly PHY stock vs system stock reconciliation FG opening, production & dispatch report
ü Responsible for the proper functioning of the Warehouse like maintaining stock levels and norm
ü Interacting with the Production team and supervising the transfer of stocks to the Warehouse
ü Loading as per requirement pallets stickers road permit, waybill, etc.
ü Accessories & packing items opening receipt, consumption report
ü Sales return checking, receiving and updates at system
ü Scrap report generate & take approval from the higher authority for scrap dispatch
