Job Summary This role holds end to end sales responsibility forpractice direct channel and supporting sales efforts in named accountsin consultation with other Practice Partners. This role is alsoresponsible for practice development initiatives.   The PracticePartner (PP) is a key member of Wipro’s Consulting team and isprimarily focused on building strategic partnerships and managingconsulting delivery, growth and operations for the client account. ThePP is expected to identify and qualify new opportunities to meet revenuedemands and ensure that budgets, profitability and timelines for clientprojects are achieved.   As an experienced, senior member of theteam, the Practice Partner will share ownership and accountability forthe successful execution of engagements with project managers and clientteams. This includes consistent oversight of performance anddeliverables and recognition of risks to stakeholders. Further the PP isexpected to be a trusted advisor to our clients and to be able todeliver innovative solutions to complex problems. This includesproviding thought leadership and mentoring to the client, other membersof the practice and engagement teams on best practices and Wipro’sconsulting services.   Responsibilities ·        Map, develop, maintain and enhance long termrelationships with Senior and C-level executives ·        Drive Sales revenue by proactivelyseeking new opportunities in the client account ·        Develop client account strategy togetherwith the account team ·       Manage expectations and alignment between client teams and stakeholders·        Facilitate clientmeetings and communicate client activities and issues ·        Develop insights into theclient’s business model and pain points, and deliver actionable,high-impact results. ·       Provide thought leadership, direction, guidance and oversight toengagement teams. ·      Overseeproject performance and deliverables, ensuring high levels of clientsatisfaction ·        Meet orexceed assigned revenue and profitability targets ·        Monitor budget, profitability andtimelines of client projects ·        Ensure prompt billing and budget compliance ·        Play advisory role to clientleaders in industry sectors; and l ead and mentor other consultantswithin the practice and Consulting Services. ·        Develop strong working relationships with peergroup members also assigned to the client; representing other ConsultingServices practices.   Qualifications ·        Significant experience in a top consultingorganization (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Booz-Allen Hamilton, Big 4 consultingfirm, top-tier systems integrator) at Partner level or equivalent isrequired. ·        Proventrack record of business development and over achievement on revenuetargets. ·        Experiencelaunching and executing successful initiatives in complex andchallenging environments.  ·        Powerful verbal; written; presentation; facilitation;communication; relationship building and skills ·        Experience motivating, multi-cultural,cross functional teams ·        Experience facilitating high level client meetings and managing arobust portfolio of client projects ·        Ability to understand a client’s businessorganization, as well  industry and segment trends ·        Willingness to be onsite at aclient location and able to travel extensively to support the needs ofthe business ·       Excellent client presence and proven client relationship buildingcapability; willing to provide senior / top level client references·        Experience in workingwith large distributed teams in a highly dynamic environment, preferablyinvolving an onshore/offshore model is highly desirable. ·        Experience in advising clients forlarge scale project implementations using outsourcing & off shoringstaffing models. ·       Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic andambiguous  environment ·        Depth to support practice methodology, growth and mentoraffiliated team members ·        Qualified to degree level or professional equivalent is required;M.B.A. or Master’s in a relevant discipline from a top universitystrongly preferred   Role demands ·        Excellence in strategic and analytical problemsolving: Quantitative, fact-based approach to team based problem solvingand strategic approach to addressing issues and offering solutions.  Must have an aptitude for analytical concepts and thinking.·        Business acumen andIT knowledge: Strong business development skills. Must have anunderstanding of current market trends, risks and prevalent technologiesused in the industry. ·       Outstanding leadership, communication, relationship building and socialnetworking skills: Polished verbal and written communication style.Ability to confidently build a strong rapport with the client andproject teams. ·       Personal drive: Entrepreneurial drive with a can-do attitude, a strongdesire to learn and shape your own career path.  Commitment tomaking a positive lasting client impact. ·        Self-guided attitude: The ability to succeed ina professional environment where client and project direction is notalways well defined. Qualified candidates will understand how to produceresults when working in challenging client environments and/or newbusiness areas. ·       Facilitation skills: The ability to facilitate executive workshops andobtain consensus. ·       Negotiation skills: Understanding of principled negotiation strategiesand the ability to resolve differing opinions and seek a win-winresolution to conflicts.   Location/ Travel: ·        Extensive travel (domestic orinternational) may be required
