Job description

Role Definition This person will be responsible for generating sales revenues by interacting with existing and potential customers of Kruti Comp.

Responsibility Deliverable Data Aggregation & Management Sales Quotations/Proposals Sales Conversion Customer Co-ordination

Tasks & Activities Data Aggregation & Management: Generate new enquiries from existing customers by constantly communicating with them through phone, e-mail and relevant social media Collect data about potential customers by regularly being in touch with partner managers of OEMs whose solutions we provide. Also collect relevant customer information through LinkedIn and Google Search Maintain the database on internal templates of the organization

Sales Quotations/Proposals Understand the requirement and propose suitable products, basis your constantly growing domain & product knowledge Get relevant prices from vendors (OEMs, Distributors, other vendors) through Phone, E-mail, Pricing Tools, among other ways Co-ordinate with the relevant team members to generate & share proposals/quotations

Sales Conversion Negotiate win-win deals Maintain profitability ratio as per management guidelines

Customer Co-ordination Write e-mails professionally to record all discussion with the customer Be the interface between the customer and our internal operations team from order to payment closure Collect feedback from customer by connecting with them regularly and keep the relationship going strong.

Measurement Metrics # of New Enquiries generated from existing customers per week & per month # of potential customer details

aggregated per week & per month # of accounts converted from qualified leads to customers, per week & per month Revenue generated per month - from existing & new customers

Who should apply for this role Freshers (Compensation will range from 15K to 17K per month, depending on skill) People with up to 5 years experience in Sales and preferably in the IT Hardware field (Compensation will depend on your skill and relevant experience)
