Job description

Onboarding and New-Hire Orientations:

Handle all administrative tasks related to onboarding processes.

Prepare paperwork and schedules to ensure a smooth new-hire onboarding experience.

Coordinate with cross-functional departments to facilitate a positive and efficient first-day experience for new employees.

Employee Support:

Provide support to employees on HR-related topics, including leaves and compensation.

Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of employment.

Employee Experience:

Support the HR department in implementing programs aimed at improving the overall employee experience.

Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with labour regulations and other relevant laws.

Stay informed about changes in labour laws and update HR practices accordingly.

Personnel Administration Practices:

Manage various personnel administration tasks such as confirmations, transfers, deputations, re-locations, revisions.

Oversee the personnel records system and maintain accurate employee information.

Exit Management:

Exit forms to be given to the resigned employee.

Check and Obtain clearances from all the concerned depts.

Issuance of Relieving Letter.

Administration:

Take responsibility for all administration-related tasks.

Handle full and final settlements, including the processing of gratuity.

Recruitment:

Manage internal recruitment processes.

Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfil staffing needs within the organization.
