Job Summary

We are looking for a highly collaborative and creative Digital Marketer who can develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to promote and grow the online presence of a company as a brand. Being a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring various digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase customer engagement. Your central goal will be to help grow our organization & its sister company while increasing brand loyalty and awareness within the digital space along with driving website traffic and acquiring leads.

Information Technology Department:

Marketing Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven work experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role. Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing etc can be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities

Strategising, planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Managing and growing a company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites. Creating and curating visually engaging content, such as images and videos, to be shared on social media Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date Measure ROI and KPIs Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans Thorough understanding of web design and site structures. Maintain effective communication with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure the effective execution of marketing campaigns. Mentoring and Managing a team of SME, SEO, Graphic Designer, and Content Writers. Key Skills Required

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, strategies, and tools. Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Should have at least minimum knowledge about SEO, SMO, and Content Marketing. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Think creatively and come up with innovative ideas and approaches to stand out in a competitive digital landscape.
