Role And Responsibilities We are currently hiring for the position of Pega Tech Lead - CSSA. As a Pega Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing Pega PRPC projects, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing Pega PRPC projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
- Developing and implementing Pega PRPC applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Candidate Qualifications To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Pega PRPC.
- Pega CSSA certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Pega Tech Lead, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
- Experience with Enterprise Class structure and Rule resolution.
- Knowledge of DCO, Application profiler, Application Accelerator.
- Working knowledge of Performance Tuning, SMA (System Management Administrator) tool.
- Experience in Pega Framework implementation (CPM, NBAM, Smart Investigation, etc.)
- Strong understanding of advanced Pega OOTB Integration.
- Experience in Pega Deployment Architecture and Rules import/export.
- Working knowledge of Agents & listeners.
- Good understanding of BPM Concepts and Terminologies (desired).
