Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, managing staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the highest levels of customer service. The Duty Manager will also be responsible for managing budgets, generating reports, and improving operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
All should be of Hotel Background and English communication is must
These are the points for our requirements
1. Fluent communication in English.
2. DM minimum 75 to years of Experience.
3. Only hoteliers and should not have any other field experience.
4. Must have worked with 5 star hotels.
5. Should be stable and should have worked with minimum 1 year in each properties.
6. Reason for Changing property should not be Hike.
Salary- Upto 40K
