SRL Chem is looking for Plant Production Chemist to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Production Process Oversight : They are responsible for managing and overseeing the production processes within the plant, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Batch Production Management : Plant Production Chemists oversee batch production, including monitoring reactions, controlling parameters such as temperature and pressure, and ensuring that the desired product specifications are met.
Quality Control and Assurance : They are involved in quality control measures throughout the production process. This includes conducting quality checks, analyzing samples, and ensuring that products meet regulatory and quality standards.
Troubleshooting and Problem-solving : Plant Production Chemists troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes of problems, and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.
Safety and Compliance : Ensuring a safe working environment is a priority. They ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
Inventory Management : They manage inventory levels of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure smooth production operations and prevent shortages or overages.
Documentation and Record-keeping : Plant Production Chemists maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch records, production logs, and quality control documentation, to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Equipment Maintenance and Calibration : They oversee the maintenance and calibration of production equipment and instrumentation to ensure optimal performance and accuracy in production processes.
Process Optimization and Efficiency : Plant Production Chemists continuously seek opportunities to improve production processes, increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
